If you need to cancel your appointment, we require an 24 hour notice in advance. If you are unable to provide a 24 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service total as a cancellation fee. Correspondingly, if your stylist is unable to confirm your appointment with you 1-2 days prior, your stylist reserves the right to cancel your appointment with no cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are applicable for all confirmed missed appointments and may apply to tardiness, at stylist’s discretion. No call no shows on file must pay cancellation fee prior to setting another appointment
